1. I want to know the delivery
cost and delivery time.
- Chouchourouge deliver our products all over the world. The delivery cost depends
on the weight and your address according to the tariff of La Poste.
The delivery time is 10 to 15 working days counting after we receive your payment.
If your order is very urgent, you can contact us and demand for the possibility.
We will send you the dress as soon as we can.

2. The status of my command
has been "delivered" for couple of days, why I still haven't got my
dress?
- This status only means that your order is valid. We will send you the dress
as soon as possible. You can also send an email to demand the condition of your
package.
3. I've ordered more times than I wanted because of some
errors of your site, can you cancel the false ones ?
- If you haven't paid for it, there's nothing to be worried about. We will never
take money from your account without your permission.
4. I want to know if there's a shop chouchourouge in France
and where is it? -
We sell exclusively online, by which we can offer products in fashion and high-class
in a more accessible price..
5. May I order a dress in tailored version or change to
another color.
- It's possible to do so, but there's additionally 10 euro. You can write
clearly your size in the comment. Delivery time: 10-15 working days..
6. I've received my dress, it's nice but unluckily doesn't
fit me (small, big, short, long
), I want to know if I can changer or withdraw
the dress.
- It's possible to change another dress. You can send an email to demand
in 7 days after reception. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

7. How can i follow my package?

P.S. We will send you the parcel number a week after your command.
8. Why there's no info of my package online.
- The information would be available in 2-3 days after departure. P.S.
The post office doesn't transport on weekend.
